My intent and objective is to guide and assist you in the areas of your life which you feel require positive, lasting changes and/or healing. For some, it is a mental/emotional healing. For others, it is the healing of the self, a relationship, the past, even the spirit.

Everything I do is based on the principal of mentoring. I am here to assist you in setting, developing, and accomplishing your goals and objectives, to offer guidance, share experiences and assist you in solving personal issues that might be affecting your life. Whether I help and support you by means of Coaching, Hypnotherapy, Reiki or other modalities, my goal is to be your connection for healing, development and success.
